From Coach station

The buses   SAIS, SEGESTA  AST (extra-urban Companies) that arriving from  Roma, Catania, Messina, Trapani,they stop near the Central train station ( P. Balsamo St.. you can read the hints "From train station" )

Inside the Central train station you can take the metro-line  Notarbartolo direction, stop to  S. Lorenzo station, The gate of the Campus is near the exit of metro, you can see the train timetable   trenitalia home page   (check schedule from - Palermo centrale -  to - S.Lorenzo Colli - ) when you are uotside the train station pass the level-crossing, go head along Via Tranchina turn on your right for  Via Regione on your right you can see the CNR building. You can take a AMAT bus outside the train station (Piazza Giulio Cesare)  route number  102 (direction P.LE JOHN LENNON) ,  then route number 516 in  Giotto Place or route number 100 in front of Giotto Place Viale Regione Siciliana  (La Malfa direction) the bus-stop is opposite the CNR building;

From A19-20 A29 freeways and Falcone and Borsellino Airport

From A19- A20  Freeways when you are in Palermo follow  A29 Trapani signs, past Via Belgio underpass keep your right and go out for   Cervello Hospital exit, go head untill Via Tranchina cross, then turn on your left to Viale Regione Siciliana after a few meters you can see on your right the CNR building.

From  Airport and A29 Mazara del Vallo-Trapani  Freeways when you are in Palermo exit from Via La Malfa  underpass , after few hundred meters on your left you can see the  CNR Building.

There is a  bus-shuttle from Airport (Prestia e Comandè), the bus-stop is in front of the exit of airport,  go down when you are in Viale Lazio bus-stop, then walk till Viale Regione Siciliana in front of "Salamone e Pullara" and catch the route number 101 direction la Malfa, the bus-stop is opposite the CNR Building

From Port

The port of Palermo  is terminal of   Tirrenia,  Grandi Navi Veloci, SNAV  ship Companies. You can take a taxi  that waiting for the people near the piers during  disembarkation. If you come by bus,  outside the Port,  go head to Politeama Place there you can  take the route number 102   (direction P.LE JOHN LENNON) bus, then route number 516 in  Giotto Place or route number 100 in front of Giotto Place Viale Regione Siciliana  (La Malfa direction) the bus-stop is opposite the CNR building; if you come by car,  outside the port turn on your right (Mondello direction), Via montepellegrinoi, Piazza Generale Cascino,  Favorita Park , then turn on your left in  Via Olimpo, follow the signs for the  freeway A29 Palermo mazara del Vallo you must turn to Palermo-Messina direction, then for the Via ugo La malfa exit and after the underpass a few meters on your left you can see the  CNR Building
